We are a member of the E-florist group formally known as teleflorist and can send your gift of flowers both nationally and internationally on your behalf. 

 

Terms & Conditions

Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties under any circumstances. 

Delivery Policy - We agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date or during the delivery period, you acknowledge that delivery for certain orders via third party are out of our control. In very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms may not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or we shall reimburse your payment in full.

The Flower House offer products for national and international delivery via e-florist services for whom we are an agent,  these items are subject to e-florist terms and conditions as well as service and delivery charges.

The Flower House own products can be delivered to the Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton and Whiteley area’s of Hampshire.  Delivery within Whiteley is made free of charge for non e-florist items other areas attract a delivery charge at time of order.

Refund Policy - Please note all refunds are at the discretion of the management.

Returns and Complaints Policy - Because of the perishable nature of the goods you are advised to notify us on the day of receipt if you are dissatisfied with the items received and the item(s) can be collected in original packaging a full refund can be made at the descretion of management.

The Flower House reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in original condition, it may take up to five working days to credit the purchaser’s account.
